Chapter 5 - Temptation? Yes Please.
After getting home from my interview with the Pleasantview Police Force, I decided to finally make a phone call that I had been debating about since my arrival back in Pleasantview.

The call was to Nicole Mellon, the girl I had loved since first meeting her 4 years ago at uni, when she was Joshua DeVille's girlfriend and I was dating Lucy Burb, my childhood sweetheart.
We never spoke of our attraction to each other, but she made her feelings clear when on the day of my graduation, just before my cab arrived to take me home, she kissed me long and tender behind our dorm house.
Since that fateful afternoon my thoughts have been consumed by Nicole. I simply want, no, I mean, must have her.
Lucy doesn't know about any of this and nor does Joshua. As you can imagine, it has haunted my very existence ever since it happened. I am in lust with her, that I know. But what of Lucy and my best friend Josh?
Some photos that mum and Daniel took before Lucy and I left for uni.

Lucy is a fab girl and I do care for her immensely but Nicole...what can I say?? Wait til you meet her.
Having invited Nicole over it seemed as though she was here before I had even hung up the phone. I truly had no idea what to expect. What would she say, would should I say? But the pictures speak for themselves....
She was more beautiful than I remembered. It had been weeks since I last saw her but it felt like years.
I barely had the chance to say hello before she lent in to kiss me. She kissed me deep and long. She kissed me like the lover I wanted her to be.

Her scent, hair, how she felt....
Man, it was getting hot in here...
Needless to say it was fun catching up with Nicole but I needed a cold swim after she left.
I was flying as high as a kite!
As you can probably see, I wasn't giving much, if any, thought to Lucy. That was something I was going to have to sort out in the not too distant future. This was a small town and the girl only lived one house away! I was playing a dangerous game.
